Program Information

MMC was selected in 2003 to be the third party administrator for the Construction Industry Substance Abuse program, an industry wide program developed through the Cleveland Building Trades to comply with a Bureau of Workers Compensation (BWC) drug testing requirement.

The program includes annual, random and post accident testing and has expanded through the state of Ohio. MMC coordinates all testing, training, data management and reporting from the MMC Cleveland office. This program includes 27 Building Trades, Contractors Associations, and over 15,000 workers. The program is monitored by the Ohio BWC.
