Superior technology is a key component of Mobile Medical Corporation's operations and service. Our in-house information technology department is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and a full time professional staff.

MMC provides our clients with secure 24-hour online access to drug testing results and worker credential information. Access is provided through our web site via MMC's SkillCheck™ database. In addition to passcode login security, our web site is secured by VeriSign and by firewall. MMC's website is in accordance with all HIPAA compliance requirements.

Skillcheck

Our proprietary database, SkillCheck™, was developed in-house to specifically manage multi-employer projects and is linked to the Internet to give employers 24-hour access to program information. SkillCheck also automates many tasks and has the capability to provide comprehensive report. SkillCheck is a Windows based software application. SkillCheck provides many functions that allow MMC to accurately record and track data. Features and functionality of the SkillCheck application include:

  • Inputting of data from an interactive interface, eliminating date entry
  • Reports instant verification of test results
  • Job/project and company tracking for detailed, comprehensive reporting
  • Job/project costing
  • Interface for employee record verification
  • Ability to capture complete test detail information
  • Ability to import or upload data
  • Sales tracking
  • Comprehensive and customizable reporting services
  • Invoicing

SkillCheck™ is also capable of running via a VPN connection from remote sites, which eliminates hand entry of results even when away from our main office.

Reporting

Another important aspect of the SkillCheck™ application is the report generator feature. This interface allows for the generating of in-depth reports based on many different criteria. Standard reports generated by the application include eligibility reports, activity reports, and comprehensive program summaries. Reports can also be customized to meet customer or program needs. Reports are generated via SQL Reporting Services, which is integrated with the SQL Server database. Reports can be saved, printed, email, or forwarded to a file share.

Our standard program reports include:

  • Eligibility Reports – list of active participants
  • Coded Reports – list of ineligible participants
  • Program Statistics – number of negative & positive tests, YTD, month to date, or from start date of program (1-1-01)
  • Individual Activity Report Statistics for Each Trade Association
  • BWC U-142 Progress Report or Self Assessment Report for contractors
  • BWC Progress Report for each local participating in CISAP
  • Website Verification Report

Webinar Training

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) utilizes “Webinar” or web conferencing technology for initial project trainings and to further educate our partners, clients and employees on all of MMC's riisk management programs.

Web conferencing is an efficient communication method as it allows participants to attend meetings and trainings from the comfort of their own computer via the Internet.

MMC's IT staff is ohn hand to help clients setup for webinar events and are on call during all webinars to ensure seamless communication.
