To make taking your substance abuse test as convenient as possible Mobile Medical Corporation offers a network of testing facilities.

A Mobile Medical Authorization is required to test, MMC sends authorizations with testing notices. If you do not have one, please contact your local MMC office and they will provide you with one.
If you need to take a test outside of Western Pennsylvania or Northeast Ohio area, please contact your local MMC office to find a facility in our nationwide network.
Collection Facility FAQ
Do I need to take anything with me when I go to the collection facility?
Yes, you will need valid photo identification and the "Authorization for Substance Abuse Testing" form or the confirmation number that is sent electronically via either text or e-mail.
How will I receive my testing notifications and the "Authorization for Substance Abuse Testing" form?
What if I am working out of town and don't see a facility on the list?
