OSHA Compliant CPR, AED Training, and First Aid

Our nationally recognized instructors will provide comprehensive training, including mannequins, training materials, and certification cards. Employees should be certified annually to perform CPR, and first aid training should take place at least once every three years. Each class is six hours long and covers specific topics, with options for in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats depending on the subject matter.

Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid takes the fear and hesitation out of starting conversations about mental health and substance use problems by improving understanding and providing an action plan that teaches people to safely and responsibly identify and address a potential mental illness or substance use disorder. We offer a combination of virtual and hybrid training options, with two hours of self-paced study followed by 5.5 hours of on-site training or 6.5 hours of virtual training.

Critical Incident Response

MMC's certified first responders will address workers' emotional and mental health during and after a critical incident to aid in reducing the signs and symptoms of critical incident stress following an incident. The length of the intervention is specific to the incident.
