Carrdice "Cee" Eubanks, AAS, NRP, is an experienced paramedic and healthcare operations leader with more than a decade of experience in emergency medical services, occupational health, and industrial medicine. He currently serves as Territory Manager and Paramedic with Mobile Medical Corporation, where he oversees clinical operations and provides medical leadership supporting construction and industrial workforces across Alabama.

Eubanks previously served as Lead Clinician with Mobile Medical Corporation, delivering occupational health and emergency response services for large-scale industrial and construction projects. His experience also includes offshore emergency medicine as a paramedic with Pharmasafe Industrial Services and hospital-based triage care at Ascension St. Vincent's Birmingham.

Earlier in his career, Eubanks served as a paramedic with Warrior Fire Department and spent nearly nine years with Lifeguard Ambulance Service. During his tenure at Lifeguard, he advanced through multiple leadership roles, progressing from crew member to Field Training Officer (FTO) and ultimately to Lieutenant and Assistant Supervisor. In addition to his operational roles, he served as both an Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC) instructor and a Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor, helping train and mentor the next generation of EMS professionals.

Beyond field operations, Eubanks has also contributed to EMS education and program development as an Advisory Board Associate for Herzing University.

He holds an Associate of Applied Science degree and maintains his National Registry certification as a Paramedic (NRP). His expertise includes occupational health services, emergency response planning, EMS leadership, workforce safety, and medical readiness in high-risk industrial environments.
