History

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is a certified Woman Business Enterprise founded and incorporated in 1990, by Cynthia J. Latsko. MMC is a premier provider of quality substance abuse testing, occupational healthcare programs, onsite first aid nursing stations and credential tracking nationwide. MMC is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has satellite offices strategically placed throughout the nation to enable rapid growth. Our strong infrastructure combined with a strategic marketing plan provides the blue print for fast paced expansion across multiple U.S. regions. MMC has a very strong infrastructure, including trained and certified staff, standardized procedures and state-of-the-art technology.

Cynthia J. Latsko, Chief Executive Officer and President

Cynthia, President and Chief Executive Officer, is an entrepreneur and woman business leader who has built Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) from an innovative concept in 1990 to a multi-million dollar corporation with employees throughout the USA. She brings with her an extensive background in business development, collective bargaining, sales and marketing management. Cynthia possesses a unique client service sensitivity and understanding that has been the driving force in the success of the organization.

Through her insight, vision, and direction, the company has achieved many “1st in the industry” accomplishments, including being first in the industry to develop and provide state-of-the-art proprietary software applications plus a secured interactive web site that enables clients to have the ability to view their proprietary records 24 hours a day 7-days a week. With this technology, MMC provides its customers with an “around-the-clock” eligible work force.

Cynthia's expertise in the industry has made her a national sought after keynote speaker to groups and associations regarding the design and operations of:

Marianne Karg – Vice President

Marianne joined Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) in 1995 bringing a decade of experience to her role as Sales and Marketing Director. Marianne started her career at Campbell's Soup Company in 1985 as a Sales Manager, progressing to the role of Marketing Analyst, in 1987, for Potomac Electric Power Company in Washington, D.C. Marianne moved to Pittsburgh, PA in 1992 when she took a position as Marketing and Sales Director with a large medical practice before coming to MMC.

Marianne's function within MMC is to grow the existing on-site occupational medical business, develop new accounts and market MMC's five divisions: Nationwide Testing, Substance Abuse Programs, Physical Exams & Testing, Nursing – First Aid Services, and Labor Management Cooperative Programs nationwide. Marianne is a believer in relationships being the key to good business and prides herself on the current customer base and accomplishments throughout the organized labor industry.

In December 2007, Marianne opened MMC's fourth office in Sacramento, California, beginning MMC's west coast presence. She also opened and managed MMC's Mid-West office, in 2001, to provide the Union Construction Industry Partnership with a confident and experienced third party administrator for their substance abuse program. Today the program includes forty-five local unions, eight contractor associations, and has been adapted by the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation. She is the Co-chairperson on the Associated General Contractors of America's Safety Committee's Drug Free Task Force and sits on the Department of Labor's Drug Free Workplace Alliance Implementation Team in Washington, D.C.

Gregg Latsko – Operations Manager

Gregg joined MMC in 2006 and has over twenty years of experience in business management. He has an Industrial Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has been instrumental in the developing improved operational systems and procedures and brings and added level of expertise to Customer Service, Human Resources and Corporate Operations Programs.

Gregg continues to improve on-site medical services by developing new communication systems, processes and procedures that keep us in daily contact with our on-site medical stations. He is significantly involved with the project set up and works closely with customers to achieve the desired goals. Gregg also has a strong background in Human Resources and is involved with recruiting and training the satellite offices and the on-site stations and has worked on developing MMC's staff to their fullest potential.

Lonnie Johnson – Information Technology Manager

Lonnie oversees all day to day operations of Mobile Medical Corporation's Information Technology Department. In addition to monitoring five commercial grade servers, his main focus is the administration and maintenance of the proprietary database that houses all of Mobile Medical Corporation's vital data. Lonnie and his team also support the technical needs of all employees spanning five offices as well as several offsite locations.

With an eye to the future, he is actively formulating designs and constructing completely web based database software applications utilizing the latest programming technology that will optimize interaction and usability between employees and clients alike.

Scott M. Kozelnik – Marketing Manager

Scott joined MMC in 2009 bringing with him years of creative and managerial experience within the employment background screening and drug testing fields. Scott works with multiple communication mediums including electronic publications, press releases, Websites, the Intranet, email marketing and mail campaigns, newsletters, marketing collateral and more. Scott has been influential in increasing MMC's online presence and served as project manager on MMC's new website initiative and continues to serve as Web content manager. Scott created MMC's "Drug Free" blog which contains industry rich news and important compliance updates. Scott is responsible for event planning, tradeshow logistics and client events including MMC's Annual Summer Golf Outing. Scott has an M.A. in American History from Monmouth University and a B.A. in History from West Virginia university.
